Call and chat data: recordings, transcripts, and metadata from calls or chats handled by our AI assistants, whether you are a Client or a caller interacting with a Client's assistant.
Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full payment card details ourselves.
Website usage data: basic analytics about how visitors use our website (e.g. pages viewed), collected through standard web analytics tools.

3. How we use this information

To provide, configure, and operate the AI receptionist Services;
To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, or support requests;
To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI assistants;
To process payments and manage billing;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Call recordings and transcripts

Calls and chats handled by our AI assistants may be recorded and transcribed. This data is used to deliver the Services (e.g. producing call reports for Clients), to improve assistant performance, and for quality assurance. Where required by law, appropriate notice or consent regarding call recording will be provided to callers.

5. Third-party service providers

We rely on third-party providers to deliver our Services, including but not limited to:

Vapi — voice call handling and telephony infrastructure;
Anthropic — AI language processing that powers assistant responses;
Stripe — payment processing;
Hosting and infrastructure providers for our website and dashboard.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually or contractually-expected to safeguard it under their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information and call data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Clients may request deletion of their data upon termination of Services, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices
